Here is a list of our most frequently asked questions to learn more about what we offer and how to make the most of your online shopping experience with us.

Ordering & Payments

  • How do I start shopping? [Click here] to create your profile and join the Pharmamark community.
  • Is there a minimum or maximum order amount? No, your order can be as big or small as you need. Keep in mind that orders over R500 qualify for free delivery, while smaller orders may incur a shipping fee based on weight and destination.
  • What are my payment options? We accept Visa and MasterCard credit or debit cards.
  • Is it safe to shop with my card online? Absolutely. We use PayFast, a leading South African payment gateway. All transactions occur behind an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Certificate, meaning your details are encrypted and entirely confidential. PayFast is fully PCI-compliant, ensuring your data is protected against theft or attacks.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Where do you deliver? We provide fast vitamin shipping across South Africa. Currently, we do not ship to international addresses.
  • What are the charges for delivery? Delivery is free for orders over R500. For all other orders, please refer to ourĀ Shipping and Deliveries Policy for a detailed breakdown.
  • When will my order be processed? Our store is open 24/7, but our team processes orders and queries Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. If you shop overnight, we’ll get to work the next morning. Once payment is confirmed, we aim to dispatch your wellness essentials from our Edenvale warehouse within 24 hours.
  • Do I have to receive the order personally? No. Anyone present at your designated delivery address can sign for the package on your behalf.
  • How can I track my order? Once dispatched, we will email you a waybill number and a link to our courier companies tracking portal so you can follow your delivery in real-time.

Products & Returns

  • What happens if an item is out of stock? Availability is reflected directly on the site. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after you've ordered, we will contact you immediately to resolve it.
  • Are Revite and Eat Naked products suitable for specific diets? Many of our products are gluten-free, sugar-free, or vegan-friendly. Please check the "Nutritional Info" on individual product pages for specific allergen details.
  • Do you take returns? Yes, provided there is a valid reason. Please review ourĀ Return and Refund PolicyĀ for full details.

Support & General Queries

  • Can I collect my order? To maintain maximum efficiency and speed, we operate as an online-only dispatch hub from our Edenvale warehouse. We do not currently offer a public collection point.
  • What if my products arrive damaged? While we use secure health product packaging, accidents can happen. If your order arrives in less than perfect condition, please email hello@pharmamark.co.za with a photo within 24 hours.
  • How do I change my delivery address? If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we can update it. Contact hello@pharmamark.co.za immediately with your order number.
