1. What REVITE MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE CAPSULES is and what it is used for
REVITE MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE CAPSULES is a health supplement containing magnesium. REVITE MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE CAPSULES helps to metabolise carbohydrates, fats and proteins, contributes to the development and maintenance of bones and teeth, tissue formation and the maintenance of normal muscle function.
2. What you need to know before you take REVITE MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE CAPSULES
Do not take REVITE MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE CAPSULES:
If you are hypersensitive (allergic) to magnesium or any of the other ingredients of REVITE MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE CAPSULES (see What REVITE MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE CAPSULES contains).
Warnings and precautions
Take special care with REVITE MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE CAPSULES:
• If you have kidney problems.
Other medicines and REVITE MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE CAPSULES
Always tell your health care provider if you are taking any other medicine. (This includes all complementary or traditional medicines.)
Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are currently using:
• Antiretroviral medicine (used to treat human immunodeficiency virus [HIV]). You should take your antiretroviral medicine at least 2 hours before or 6 hours after taking REVITE MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE CAPSULES.
• Antibiotic medicine (used to treat bacterial infections). You should take your antibiotic medicine at least 2 hours before, or 4 to 6 hours after taking REVITE MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE CAPSULES.
Pregnancy, breastfeeding and fertility
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, please consult your doctor, pharmacist or other health care provider for advice before taking REVITE MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE CAPSULES.
REVITE MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE CAPSULES can be taken if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Driving and using machines
REVITE MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE CAPSULES is unlikely to have an effect on your ability to drive a vehicle and use machines.
3. How to take REVITE MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE CAPSULES
Do not share medicines with any other person.
Always take REVITE MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE CAPSULES exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
The usual dose is:
Adults:
Take one capsule daily with a meal or as directed by your health care provider.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Children and adolescents:
Not suitable for children under the age of 18 years.
If you have the impression that the effect of REVITE MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE CAPSULES is too strong or too weak, tell your doctor or pharmacist.
If you take more REVITE MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE CAPSULES than you should
In the event of an overdosage, consult your doctor or pharmacist. If neither is available contact the nearest hospital or poison centre.
Take this leaflet and the remaining REVITE MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE CAPSULES with you so the doctor will know what you have taken.
4. Possible side effects
REVITE MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE CAPSULES can have side effects.
Not all side effects reported for REVITE MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE CAPSULES are included in this leaflet. Should your general health worsen or if you experience any untoward effects while taking REVITE MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE CAPSULES, please consult your health care provider for advice.
If any of the following happens, stop taking REVITE MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE CAPSULES and tell your doctor immediately or go to the casualty department at your nearest hospital:
• Swelling of your hands, feet, ankles, face, lips, mouth or throat, which may cause difficulty in swallowing or breathing.
• Rash or itching.
• Fainting.
These are all very serious side effects. If you have them, you may have had a serious reaction to REVITE MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE CAPSULES. You may need urgent medical attention or hospitalisation.
Tell your doctor if you notice any of the following:
Side effects with an unknown frequency:
• Diarrhoea, upset stomach, nausea (feeling sick), vomiting (being sick).
If you notice any side effects not mentioned in this leaflet, please inform your doctor or pharmacist.
Reporting of side effects

5. How to store REVITE MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE CAPSULES
• Store at or below 25 °C.
• Protect from moisture and direct sunlight.
• Keep in the original container until required for use.
• Store all medicines out of reach of children.
• Do not use after the expiry date printed on the label/carton.
• Return all unused medicine to your pharmacist.
• Do not dispose of unused medicine in drains and sewerage systems (e.g. toilets).
6. Contents of the pack and other information
What REVITE MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE CAPSULES contains
Each capsule contains:
Magnesium bisglycinate 20 % 450 mg
providing:
Magnesium (elemental) 90 mg
Glycine 360 mg
The other ingredients are the gelatine capsule (containing bovine gelatine), magnesium stearate (E572), maize starch and purified talc (E553b).
What REVITE MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE CAPSULES looks like and contents of the pack
A white, hard gelatine capsule containing a white powder.
The capsules are packed into an amber glass bottle, containing a red label, with a white screw-on polypropylene cap and packed in a red outer carton.
Pack size: 30 capsules.

2. What you need to know before you take REVITE SLOW-RELEASE MAGNESIUM
Do not take REVITE MAGNESIUM FIZZY TABLETS:
If you are hypersensitive (allergic) to vitamin C, magnesium, or any of the other ingredients of REVITE MAGNESIUM FIZZY TABLETS (see section 6).
Warnings and precautions
Take special care with REVITE MAGNESIUM FIZZY TABLETS if you have kidney problems.
Other medicines and REVITE MAGNESIUM FIZZY TABLETS

• Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are currently using antibiotic medicine (used to treat bacterial infections). You should take REVITE MAGNESIUM FIZZY TABLETS 4 to 6 hours before, or 2 hours after your antibiotic medicine.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, please consult your doctor, pharmacist or other health care provider for advice before taking REVITE MAGNESIUM FIZZY TABLETS.

3. How to take REVITE MAGNESIUM FIZZY TABLETS

1 tablet dissolved in a glass of water. Take it daily with food or as directed by your health care provider.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Children:
Not suitable for children under the age of 12 years.
If you take more REVITE MAGNESIUM FIZZY TABLETS than you should
In the event of an overdosage, consult your doctor or pharmacist. If neither is available contact the nearest hospital or poison centre.
Take this leaflet and the remaining REVITE MAGNESIUM FIZZY TABLETS with you so the doctor will know what you have taken.
If you forget to take REVITE MAGNESIUM FIZZY TABLETS
Take your next dose at the normal time.
Do not take a double dose to make up for individual forgotten doses.

What REVITE MAGNESIUM FIZZY TABLETS contains
Each effervescent tablet contains:
Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 200 mg
Magnesium sulphate 875 mg
providing elemental magnesium 175 mg
The other ingredients are citric acid (E330), flavourants (raspberry and strawberry), mannitol (E421), polyethylene glycol (E1521), sodium bicarbonate (E500), sodium carbonate (E500), sucralose (E955).

5. How to store REVITE SLOW-RELEASE MAGNESIUM TABLETS
• Store at or below 25 °C, in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Must be kept in the original tightly closed glass bottle.
• Do not store in medication reminder pill dispensers, as the tablets are highly hygroscopic and will draw water from the air.
• Store all medicines out of reach of children.
• Do not use after the expiry date printed on the packaging.
• Return all unused medicine to your pharmacist.
• Do not dispose of unused medicine in drains and sewerage systems (e.g. toilets).
6. Contents of the pack and other information
What REVITE SLOW-RELEASE MAGNESIUM TABLETS contains
Each tablet contains:
Magnesium chloride 535 mg
providing elemental magnesium 64 mg
The other ingredients are citric acid (E330), colloidal silicone dioxide, magnesium stearate (E572), methacrylic acid copolymer, polyethylene glycol (E1521), purified talc, sodium hydroxide (E524), stearic acid (E570) and titanium dioxide (E171).

A white, round, enteric-coated tablet.

1. What REVITE SUPER B TABLETS is and what it is used for
REVITE SUPER B TABLETS provide a high dose of B vitamins, including methylated Vitamin B12 and B9 for absorption. This formula delivers antioxidants to support the maintenance of good health, assists in the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins, and helps maintain immune function and healthy stress response.
2. What you need to know before you take REVITE SUPER B TABLETS
Do not take REVITE SUPER B TABLETS:
If you are hypersensitive (allergic) to any of the ingredients of REVITE SUPER B TABLETS (see section 6).
Warnings and precautions
Take special care with REVITE SUPER B TABLETS:
• If you have a bleeding disorder. You should stop taking REVITE SUPER B TABLETS two weeks before an operation.
• If you are a smoker, since taking REVITE SUPER B TABLETS might increase your risk for developing cancer.
• If you have heart problems.
Children:
REVITE SUPER B TABLETS is not suitable for children under the age of 18 years.
Other medicines and REVITE SUPER B TABLETS
Always tell your health care provider if you are taking any other medicine. (This includes all complementary or traditional medicines.)
Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are currently using:
• Antihypertensive medicine (used to treat high blood pressure).
• Anticoagulant medicines (used to prevent your blood from clotting) or herbal supplements with blood thinning effects.
• Antibiotic medicine, including sulphonamides (used to treat bacterial infections). You should take REVITE SUPER B TABLETS 4 to 6 hours before, or 2 hours after your antibiotic medicine.
• Antidiabetic medicine (used to treat high blood sugar).
• Statins (used to treat high cholesterol).

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, please consult your doctor, pharmacist or other health care provider for advice before taking REVITE SUPER B TABLETS.
The safety of REVITE SUPER B TABLETS during pregnancy or breastfeeding has not been established.

REVITE SUPER B TABLETS can cause dizziness and drowsiness, which may affect your ability to drive a vehicle and use machines. Do not drive or operate machinery until you know how REVITE SUPER B TABLETS affects you.
REVITE SUPER B TABLETS contains sucrose
Each tablet contains 271,5 mg sucrose. If you have been told by your doctor that you have an intolerance to some sugars, contact your doctor before taking REVITE SUPER B TABLETS.

These are all very serious side effects. If you have them, you may have had a serious allergic reaction to REVITE SUPER B TABLETS. You may need urgent medical attention or hospitalisation.

• Headache.
• Dizziness or drowsiness.
• Nausea (feeling sick), vomiting (being sick), heartburn, stomach pain or cramps, bloated stomach, diarrhoea, indigestion, gas, burping.

REVITE SUPER B FIZZY TABLETS is a multi-vitamin/mineral supplement that provides antioxidants for the maintenance of good health, helps to metabolise carbohydrates, fats and proteins and helps to maintain immune function.
2. What you need to know before you take REVITE SUPER B FIZZY TABLETS
Do not take REVITE SUPER B FIZZY TABLETS:
If you are hypersensitive (allergic) to any of the ingredients of REVITE SUPER B FIZZY TABLETS (see section 6).
Warnings and precautions
Take special care with REVITE SUPER B FIZZY TABLETS if you have a bleeding disorder. You should stop taking REVITE SUPER B FIZZY TABLETS two weeks before an operation.
Children:
REVITE SUPER B FIZZY TABLETS is not suitable for children under the age of 18 years.

• Antihypertensive medicine (used to treat high blood pressure).

Ashwagandha is considered a restorative adaptogen which can be used by adults who are under stress while vitamin B6 contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system.
2. What you need to know before you take REVITE ASHWAGANDHA with VITAMIN B6
Do not take REVITE ASHWAGANDHA with VITAMIN B6:
If you are hypersensitive (allergic) to Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal (Ashwagandha), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) or any of the other ingredients of REVITE ASHWAGANDHA with VITAMIN B6 (see section 6).
Warnings and precautions

• if you are taking any other medicine or alcohol that may cause drowsiness;

• yellowing of your skin and eyes, dark urine, and tiredness,
which may be symptoms of liver problems.
