Inactive Ingredients: Vitamin E and Capsule shell containing bovine gelatine and glycerol.

Dosage and directions for use: Adults and children over 6 years: take 1-2 softgel capsules daily with breakfast or as directed by your healthcare provider. Do not exceed the maximum daily recommended dose. Store at or below 25°C. Protect from direct sunlight and moisture.
