Frequently Asked Questions

Why do i see the tablet in my toilet/stool?
Unfortunately, in up to 20% of people, stomach acids are often not strong enough to break up the empty slow-release matrix core. What you are seeing in the toilet is the empty shell casing.
Why do my tablets go funny when out the bottle?
The slow-release magnesium tablets are incredibly hygroscopic and with the head of that bottle being wide the moisture from the air gets inside and the magnesium ‘leaks’ out. The tablets are definitely not rotten. This will happen with all slow-release tablets of this nature. If you can please always keep the lid tightly closed and the bottle in a dark, dry cupboard.
