I've only been taking this Aswagandha for 3 weeks but I'm already feeling the effects. I feel so calm, relaxed, I sleep so well throughout the night and don't experience social anxiety like I used to. I'll be sticking with this brand, i feel it'll only get better.

It’s exactly a week since I started consuming this product and it’s going great. I suffer with anxiety and stress but since I started taking Ashwagandha I’ve noticed a difference, I’m so calm, I sleep well and I don’t wake up feeling tired in the morning. I’d strong recommend this.

I take Ashwagandha every day for anxiety. I take an anti-depressent every day, but I still seem to have some anxiety. Ashwagandha really helps to nip the anxiety in the butt. With Revite, I just take one capsule in the morning compared to 2 of a "very strong dosis" previously bought from another brand. Look carefully, Revite has 3000mg raw Ashwagandha (15:1 extract) which is much higher than other brands advertising as a high dosage. Bonus: it contains Vitamin B6 too which makes the Ashwagandha more effective in my opinion.
