    They made me sick in just 2 days of taking them. I had a headache, chest pain and heart palpitations, I stopped taking them, I think it's the primerose in them that didn't like me cos omega 3 alone I never experienced this

    I absolutely love evening primrose oil. It was my first time using it and I don't regret it. I never knew how much I needed it. These capsules are amazing, especially for women as it helps regulate our hormones. It also made me more regular relieved because the aches and period pain became bearable.
